The idea for It’s For Two grew out of a familiar problem. I’d find a recipe that sounded wonderful, make it for my husband and me, and end up with a refrigerator full of leftovers we hadn’t planned on. Sometimes we’d eat the same meal for days. Other times, leftovers would get pushed to the back of the fridge until it was too late to save them.
